This study explores teacher learning through gamification design during a professional development workshop held as part of the ACADIMIA Training Course in Florence, Italy. Teachers from across Europe engaged with two complementary methods for gamifying lessons: the G.A.M.E. method, developed at the University for Foreigners of Perugia, and the Gamification for Fun, Engagement and Learning (GFEL) method, developed at the University of Iceland.

Abstract
