Mutual aid cohabitation are more widespread today than in the past. Sometimes they have been considered as an expression of the multiple universe of family communities, but in reality they are a different kind of community that allows single individuals not to live in solitude. Solidarity coexistence responds to a different but important need for sociability, relationships, friendship and care, which it is therefore appropriate for the legislator to take care of in order to promote them.
