Sulla scansione delle unità narrative nel Teseida: note sulle rubriche

The system of the rubrics in the Teseida, an epic poem of Boccaccio, is analyzed in the present paper. Two types of rubrics can be distinguished: the first one consists of authorial comments written in a uniform pattern; the second, more variable, marks the conclusion of a narrative unit and the beginning of a new sequence. An interesting variety of phrasal structures, verbs and tenses results from the examination.

Nel contributo si esaminano le unità informative segnalate dalle rubriche e riscontrate nel Teseida di Giovanni Boccaccio. Le rubriche del poema si possono ricondurre a due modalità: una, più variabile, segnala la conclusione di un’unità narrativa e l’avvio di una nuova sequenza; l’altra esprime i commenti autoriali. Sono segnalate varietà interessanti di strutture frasali, di verbi, di tempi verbali.
