The strength of the story in Sorrentin’s films probably lies in the characters, in their slow flow towards a change, so much so that the stability of the narrative structure of all the Neapolitan director’s films, it is constituted precisely by uncertainty, by a double possibility of what will happen to the protagonists of the story.
